Good to know

Most common questions from our guests:

Check-in and check-out rules

Check-in is normally at 15:00 unless otherwise agreed upon. Please contact us well in advance if you need to check in earlier, and we will check if the site/cabin is available.

Camptrac cards for access to the service building, toilets, and showers are obtained at the reception. Payment is made during the card issuance if not done online. Note that we only accept cards or Swish.

Check-out is usually no later than 12:00. Camptrac cards should be returned to the reception or in the mailbox outside.

If you have rented a cabin and have not requested cleaning, the cabin must have been inspected by us before you leave, check out. Failure to clean will be invoiced. See our terms and conditions.

Dop-in/Not booked in advance

The easiest and most convenient for both you and us is, of course, if you have booked a spot with us. However, we understand that sometimes there isn't enough time or you take a chance and come to us. As much as possible, we will always do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive outside our normal reception hours, we kindly ask you to call +46 491-75000 so that we can assist you. It is not allowed to enter the area/campground and camp without contacting us, whether it's a tent, caravan, or motorhome.

Showers

We do not charge extra for you to use our showers, and as the number is limited, we hope that everyone helps each other so that those in need can take a shower. Let's also work together to collectively conserve our water. THANK YOU!

Laundry room

The laundry room is located in the service building. There is a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer available. Please inform the reception, and we will make a reservation for you, and you will be provided with the key. Laundry detergent is not included.

Access and traffic

The barrier is open throughout the camping season and we ask you to avoid driving in the area between 22:00 and 06:00. The maximum permitted speed is 10 km/h, but we recommend that everyone drive at walking speed.

Rules and Regulations

Our rules and regulations are posted both at the reception and near the service building. In the most extreme cases, if you violate these rules, we reserve the right to evict you from the area, and you may also be liable for damages in case of destruction. Our rules are neither difficult to follow nor misunderstand. The basic principle is; Treat others as you wish to be treated.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome here and must be kept on a leash in the area. Two of our cabins also allow dogs. Please make sure to clean up after your dog and dispose of the waste in the bins provided around the area/beach.

Smoking

All smoking in and around our cabins, the service building, the reception, and the lodge is prohibited. Please maintain distance and dispose of ashes and cigarette butts responsibly.

Grilling

Grilling is allowed unless otherwise communicated by authorities. Grilling is not permitted directly on the ground or in disposable grills. Ashes and charcoal residues must be disposed of in our designated bins.

FIRST AID +

Plasters, bandages, etc. can be found in both the reception and the kitchen in the service building.

Fire protection:
Your best fire protection to save lives is a working smoke alarm. If you rent a cabin from us, are we responsible for having one.

To prevent an uncontrolled spread between the spaces where people sleep, the distance between the caravan and the mobile home must be at least 4 metres.

Hand fire extinguishers are located in special cabinets in the area as well as in the kitchen and reception. Please note where your nearest is and make sure you have a working one in your motorhome/caravan.

Service Building

Here, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or if anything is missing, and we'll be happy to assist!
